Resolving Team Conflict

Monday 20 June 2022

Workplace conflict is inevitable - it’s a fact. No two people are the same, and when multiple people with different personalities work together on projects or in proximity, conflicts can arise.

Conflict isn’t anything to fear, but an opportunity to understand our colleagues better, and implement positive and sustainable change. In the workplace, conflict must be dealt with professionally and effectively to ensure any issues are resolved, and working relationships are improved.

In this digital event...

David McLaughlin CMgr FCMI ChMC, will explore how you can handle conflict within your teams in an practical way, but also how to prevent it from happening again in the future. This session will cover:

  • Differences in conflict management styles
  • Adapting your approach in order to be more effective
  • Helpful de-escalators - the do’s and don’t.
