Since becoming a Chartered Manager in 2013 and then a Fellow, Captain Allan Youp's career has gone from strength to strength. Allan is Head of the Solent Maritime Enterprise Zone, with over twenty years experience in the Royal Navy. He feels that his adept leadership approach and standing are the result of becoming a Chartered Manager. Allan demonstrated his success by becoming shortlisted for CMI’s Chartered Manager of the Year Award in 2022.
