The aim of this report is to highlight those subtle micro-practices that men as middle managers can engage in to foster gender parity. This research focuses on small-scale examples many readers can use in their daily working practice. Therefore, the report is designed to help middle managers, particularly men, and other change agents in organisations to realise how they can adopt new micro-practices with the aim of creating gender parity.
