Views from a recent CMI event: “Men as Role Models”

Recently I was invited to an interesting gender-parity event – “Men as Role Models”, hosted by the Chartered Management Institute. The discussions reiterated my view that we need more male role models to become everyday agents of change; both men and women need to drive forward gender re-balancing in the workplace.

In my role championing D&I within EY, any opportunities to benchmark activity and views that stimulate the gender-parity debate are always welcome.

This event was comprised of a variety of speakers from large organisations and small companies/start-ups with invited guests who have an interest in how we really create balanced workplaces and rid business of gender discrimination.
