Why is it that some people seem to have more time and get more done? We all have 86,400 seconds in any one day, but it is how we use these seconds that counts. In today’s busy world we often wish we had more time yet time is the one thing that hasn’t changed, we still have the same amount of it as our ancestors. It is important to remember that however much we ask it is the one thing we all have the same amount of whether materially we be rich or poor.
This event is designed for anyone who wants to discover how to create more time in their busy lives by being present in the now; discover how procrastination is the biggest thief of time and why poor planning loses time. By addressing these and other controllers you can indeed create more time both at work and at home.
During this session you will take away an outline of these key learning points:
- Improve planning processes
- Learn how to be present in the now – basic mindfulness skills
- Tips, tools and techniques to stop procrastination
- Identification of time vampires

By bringing the above into your life you will soon notice how you seemingly have more time and as a result your life / work balance will improve and you will indeed become time rich!
