Event Capacity: FullPositive Stress and Resilience-an interactive session to look at how we as individuals handle stress in our personal and professional roles. It will also include an outline of what is resilience, why it is so important and how to develop it and use it to employ it in business. The session will also consider how to keep the work -life balance and prevent burnout.
Speakers
Maggy Jackson
Maggy is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist registered with BACP.She practices EMDR for trauma and abuse.Her former roles have been in EAP and Staff Counselling and the NHS working in GP practices and secure forensic settings including prisons.She is a competent trainer, writing and delivering a range of courses, including Resilience,Mindfulness,Positive Stress and Managing Changed Personal Development. Groupwork with her is an interactive and creative experience .
Her current role is as a freelance trainer and she also has a small private practice, offering face to face and online sessions.
