North Wales Growth Deal – The Economic Kick Starter

The North Wales Growth Deal will impact on everyone with improved digital connectivity, transport routes and renewable energy improvements planned and with eight transformational programmes moving ahead to kick start a new phase of economic prosperity in North Wales. The Ambition Board unifying all six local authorities and other partners, aims to achieve the Growth Vision of increasing the economy value from £13.6bn to £26bn by 2035 by creating a smart, resilient and connected region.

Digital Impact – Career Skills of the Future

No matter if you’re just starting out in your career or already in a senior position the impact of digital applies. From robotics and cloud to AI and blockchain, digital is arguably the biggest factor shaping our future careers. ACCA’s latest research, Machine learning: more science than fiction, cuts through the hype to explain the tremendous opportunities it can bring. The awareness and application of existing and emerging digital technologies, capabilities, practices and strategies are essential skills for future professionals and must be considered alongside the develop of Emotional Intelligence skills and the human factor of business success which will be more important than ever.
