Sarah Brummitt - Executive Coach/Published Author/Keynote Speaker
Sarah Brummitt is a pioneer in the field of Executive Presence. As a seasoned learning and development professional, qualified Executive Coach, published author and award winning Personal Branding expert, Sarah runs a leadership development business with clients that take her and her team all over the world.
Sarah has more than 25 years experience in business, starting her career with AstraZeneca, after leaving university with a BA Honours in Business Studies. After two years in a field-based sales role, Sarah won the Top Salesperson of the Year award for the highest territory sales in the country. Sarah held a number of further sales, training and leadership positions before heading up the UK training function serving the largest sales force in the pharmaceutical industry.
In 2005, Sarah started her own business, focused exclusively on the corporate market. Her expertise has extended to a wide range of organizations covering professional services, IT, healthcare, oil, financial services, banking, digital, retail, non-profit, facilities management, manufacturing, energy and the public sector.
As a content expert, Sarah combines her experience with a passion for continual learning, unending curiosity in her clients and an extensive network to stay connected with best practices in leadership development, executive presence, personal branding, coaching, driving results, leading change, increasing employee engagement, building high performing teams, emotional intelligence, presentation excellence, winning pitches and consultative selling.
In March 2007 Sarah published her first book, "Brandtastic or Brand Terrible?" which provides practical, content rich advice on how to maximize your personal brand for professional success. In the summer of 2015 she followed this with her second publication - “Executive Presence – Demonstrating Leadership In Times Of Change And Uncertainty”.
Sarah is a member of the Corporate Coach University and graduated from their Corporate Coach Programme, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She also has a Diploma in Performance Coaching and became a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 1996.
Sarah holds a Masters in Image Consulting in the UK, is a Certified Image Professional in the USA and she is also a Fellow of The Federation of Image Professionals International. As such, she is one of only two professionals in the world to achieve this level of qualification and accreditation within the global image industry.
