Enabling self-belief for gender equality at work.

Establishing gender equality at work can seem like an insurmountable challenge, for both employees and employers alike. Where do you start?

Logic tells us to focus on things like policies and pay gaps — but while it’s vital that barriers like these are addressed, there’s only so much any one individual can do about them. Meanwhile, those who can devise solutions can ensure they put the individual at the heart of the policy change.

Join us for an exciting International Women’s Day celebration, packed with inspiring speakers’ unique personal experiences and insights, as we explore the pivotal relationship between practical know-how and self-belief in women at work. Whether you’re female, male, a senior decision-maker or not, there’ll be a wealth of useful tips and advice you can take away to help you.

Our Speakers:

  • DJ China L'One, Founder/CEO, We Run The World Female DJ Agency Ltd
  • Peter Dodd, Chief Operating Officer, Welcome to Yorkshire
  • Ieva Baublyte, Motorcycle racer
  • Danielle Keeling, Personal Tax Assistant, EY & former Student Ambassador Champion.
