Dawn Robertson

Principle Specialist at Toyota Manufacturing UK Ltd, with 29 years experience in all levels of Learning and Development - currently focussing on Management Development as we navigate through these transformational times.

Dawn is also Director of Family Bonds UK, her family-run care provision for people with learning difficulties, and has mentored several startups including two new businesses during lockdown.

Winston Jacob

Currently manages CMI's entire portfolio of our client engagements with employers, training providers and FE Colleges as Head of Employer & Partner Provider Relations.

An MBA graduate, he has extensive experience in a variety of commercial management and senior client engagement roles, working closely with senior stakeholders across HR and Learning & Development. His career has seen him work with leading corporate brands both nationally and internationally like Google, Heineken, BAE Systems, Lloyds Bank, AkzoNobel as well as SME's.
