We will hold a panel discussion (starting at 6pm) to discuss the themes of mental health awareness, wellbeing, and positivity in the workplace. The event is aimed at managers as individuals who may suffer from these pressures themselves, but are also empowered to influence their work environment, as well as being suited to spotting the warning signs in thier workforce.
We have a brilliant line up of panelists including:
- Warrant Officer Glenn Haughton OBE - British Army
- Paul Burden - Perform Well
- Fran Spencer – Samaritans
- Nicky Marshall - Discover your Bounce
We will ensure that the evening is informative and inclusive of real-world issues, and represent the need of managers from Bristol and the surrounding areas. In addition to the panel, we will also maximise the opportunity for delegates to network before and after the panel discussion.
