As part of our 75th anniversary celebrations in 2022, CMI wants to understand what’s next for workplace leadership.

Using the themes of Socio-economic background, gender, disability, age and ethnicity, we’ll look at the barriers that remain to create fair, inclusive workplaces, and the practical steps leaders can take for positive action. We’d love your views in this quick poll.
