About the role:

We have a unique and exciting new opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to support our Internal Quality Assurance activities. Working closely with the Quality Manager and Internal Quality Assurers, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving our processes forward and coordinating activity across the quality team.

Responsibilities:

  • To sample assessments marked by Independent Apprenticeship Assessors and Quality Assure IQA in line with CMI’s Service Level Agreement.
  • To provide Quality Manager(s) with regular reports/analysis of trends on IQA sampling and findings.
  • To provide monthly reports to Quality Manager(s) to support development and standardisation of assessments
  • To make suggestions to the Quality Manager for EPA on how best to improve CMI Policies and Practices
  • To support the Quality Manager for EPA in ensuring that regulatory, compliance and legislation requirements are met
  • To support the Quality Manager for EPA in implementation of Standardisation and in determining best practice and areas for improvement, providing feedback to training providers on EPA findings at regular intervals
  • To support with Training requirements
  • To be subject specialist across Standards in the Apprenticeship Sector and lead on all activities as required
  • To allocate work within the internal and external team as appropriate

  • An experienced and qualified Internal Quality Assurance professional with relevant experience of apprenticeship standards and end-point assessment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must for this role

  • Strong background in management supported by a professional qualification at Level 5 or above
