Salary: £23,000

About the role:

The Junior Marketing Design Executive will play a key role in bringing our marketing ideas and concepts to life. Working closely with the Marketing team and wider organisation, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in design, research and concepts for all marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

To provide design support to the Marketing team and the wider organisation on a day-to-day basis.
To deliver against creative briefs.
To design and manage the production of print, business documents, marketing, advertising, social media and communications material.
To proactively contribute to the creative process in marketing campaigns.
To work with the Marketing team to research and create concepts for new design opportunities.
To react quickly and efficiently to briefs, and within deadlines.
To understand how to manage your own workload within the design calendar
To be up to date and interested in the latest design trends in marketing/design.
When required, work with agencies to produce a range of collateral.
To use analytics to evaluate success and use insight to produce reports/infographics.
To communicate a clear vision of CMI and raise the brand of CMI.
To work closely with the events team on upcoming events, digital or face to face.

Some experience in marketing is essential, particularly in-house for a small to medium organisation or not-for-profit
To be able to work collaboratively across teams
An eye for detail with a flair for professional design
To be able to use Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience of using After Effect would be advantageous
