About the role:

CMI are looking for a dedicated learning professional to lead on the development of vocational qualifications, curriculum design for e-learning programmes and other products in line with business and market needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop nationally regulated qualifications in Management & Leadership aligned to market needs and research
  • Design the curriculum for e-learning programmes
  • Develop other products and services as required in line with our strategic objectives
  • Consult with colleagues, customers and external stakeholders to gain insights on market needs and products and services
  • Assess market competition through competitor analysis
  • Develop business cases for product/ service developments
  • Manage product development projects from start to launch
  • Test new products prior to launch
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to introduce and promote new products
  • Develop supporting content, documentation and training for internal and external stakeholders for all products and services

  • Experience of curriculum design, specifically in relation to online learning programmes and vocational qualifications
  • Project management expertise
  • Working knowledge of product development lifecycle
  • Experience of working in an Awarding Organisation
  • Experience of developing support resources
  • People management experience for managing external contractors
