Content Manager (Online Resource)

We are currently seeking a Content Manager for online resources to join our growing Insight and Proposition Development department. The main purposes of this role is to actively source and curate a range of content in a variety of mediums to support the development of CMI’s online information and learning portals.

You will be responsible for sourcing, creating, cataloguing and updating activities as well as being the driver behind the mapping of content to our qualifications and professional standard. You will also work collaboratively across the organisation to effectively deliver the CMI’s content strategy.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of writing and developing content as well as sourcing, contracting and managing suppliers. You will have a sound understanding of curriculum and qualifications.

You will be a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who has the ability to work effectively under pressure with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Business Insight Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Insight Analyst within our Insight Team who will:

  • Work to support the delivery of a challenging and engaging impact insight programme for the CMI, informing business decisions and strategy development.
  • Deliver analysis, insight and recommendations that influence CMI business decisions and strategy.

With proven experience of designing consumer insight projects, ideally in the field of higher education or in a business context, you will have experience of using quantitative approaches to undertake insight projects. With experience of analysing primary research data and data analysis, you will be numerate with excellent IT skills. You will have experience in customer feedback/survey research data analysis and have the ability to communicate information to senior and/or non-technical audiences.

Quality Manager - Southern England

Base - Field based to cover Southern England

We are seeing a passionate, customer focused individual with previous experience in quality monitoring and control to meet regulatory requirements. The main responsibilities of this role will be to support and quality assure a network of existing and new CMI centres located in Southern England in their compliant delivery of qualifications and accredited programmes. As an excellent communicator, highly motivated and enthusiastic manager you will lead a team of Moderators to support our Partner Organisation network to ensure that they comply with regulations and meet our high standards. Ideally you will have a Level 7 Management and Leadership qualification or be willing to work towards this.

Alongside this you will also support the Head of Awarding Body and Compliance to develop and implement an effective compliance and quality assurance strategy to meet the requirements of Ofqual, QiW, SQA and CCEA.
