Senior Marketing Executive

Location - London or Corby with flexible working

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to develop engaging resources and tools and to implement end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels to promote and drive sales for a range of products and propositions across B2B and B2C markets.

Ideally, you will have substantial, proven experience within a role marketing products. In this role, you will provide support to the Marketing Manager through the implementation of campaigns and the creation of supporting resources to maximise sales.

Using a combination of creative and analytical skills, you will need to be comfortable developing content across multiple marketing channels in addition to analysing the effectiveness of campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, as you will work with numerous teams and departments at all levels across the business to deliver projects.

You will be working in a dynamic, collaborative and driven team, seeking to deliver innovative solutions and results across the business.

Head of Membership Engagement

The role is based in Corby with a flexible approach.
As this role will be managing two teams who are based in our Corby office, we would ideally like the successful candidate to be present in the office on average 2- 3 days per week.
Salary - Circa £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

You will be accountable to the Director of Membership for CMI’s paying membership offer including activity around recruitment, retention, customer service and income. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the membership offer and experience is optimised and that services are delivered with excellence. Building a connection with members through a combination of our Thought Leadership programmes and embedding CMI as their key source of continuous professional development will be key to your success. Through your work you’ll ensure that more people than ever before work towards becoming Chartered Managers and that our members are enabled to play a key part in helping one another to develop and further our mission.

You will also lead and mentor a team of 10, to meet and exceed your objectives and targets, cultivating a progressive culture of innovation with accountability, as you work to deliver the membership strategy. Awarding Body Support Manager

Base - Management House, Corby
Salary - £28,000

We are currently seeking a forward thinking individual to join our Awarding Body team as Awarding Body Support Manager.

As the Support Manager, you will line manage our Assessment Administrator and work with the wider team to ensure we continue to provide a high quality, effective and efficient revenue generating marking and assessment services to our partners and internal stakeholders. Your core responsibilities will include creating, reviewing and managing the process of external assessment and moderation ensuring we are maintaining our service level agreements with our partners. You will also have the opportunity to create and manage a range of processes critical to the smooth running of the functional including procedures for plagiarism, collusion and appeals. You will work closely with our network of Quality Managers, ensuring the team are fully supported and processes implemented to help with centre visits, reports & action plans.

You will also be responsible for data management and reporting to provide information for regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate policies and procedures with clear document control and tracking for audit purposes.
