You're eligible if you have either...

  • A degree level qualification that's management, business or leadership focused, plus 3 years' experience in a management role.
    • OR
  • At least 5 years’ management experience (equivalent to Level 5 or operational / senior management level), if you don’t have a management-specific qualification.
