Why apply for the CMI Champion Award?

The CMI Champion of the Year award acknowledges the work of an individual who has proactively championed CMI within an organisation, institution, or employer.  Whether it be a learner or apprentice on programme, or course tutor or programme lead, the award is recognition of an individual who has utilised and promoted the resources available and applied them to greatest effect.

How to apply

You can either nominate yourself as a CMI Champion, or you can nominate someone who you feel really make a difference for themselves, their organisation of the community around them by holding CMI’s vision and mission at the heart of what they do.

The CMI Champion will have:

  • Clearly demonstrated how their activities support CMI’s mission to ‘increase the number and standard of professionally qualified managers and leaders’
  • Provided evidence of how CMI resources have been utilised and promoted and the impact it has made
  • An active participation with CMI and its wider membership community

Entries for the CMI Awards come from a wide range of organisations and individuals across a variety of sectors and fields therefore, we select our judges to be able to reflect this experience. The CMI Partner Awards judges are hand-picked and are all senior experts in their fields
