Gender Pay Gap Reporting; Policy Briefing
Tuesday 16 February 2021The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women across a workforce. Since 2017, employers with a headcount of 250 or more on the ‘snapshot date’ must publicly report their gender pay gap.
This policy briefing explores why gender pay gap reporting is crucial in 2021, what the effect of the pandemic has been on the policy area, and what the cost to business is for implementing the regulations.
