Next month, any organisation that has 250 or more employees must publish their gender pay gap.
You are invited to attend a webinar that will set out what the gender pay gap is, the business benefits of tackling it and what happens if your company hasn’t reported in time.
The webinar will offer practical advice for employers and individuals on the reporting requirements, and give you a chance to ask representatives from the Government Equalities Office and Equality Human Rights Commission questions about the reporting and enforcement process.
Heather Melville OBE, Chair of CMI Women will also explain the benefits of tackling the gender pay gap in your organisation.
You will need access to an internet-connected device with headphones or speakers/microphone, and will just need to follow the on-screen instructions to log in. There will be opportunities to ask questions.
Please remember to register your organisation with the government’s gender pay gap reporting service, if you haven’t done so already.
Questions about this event should be addressed to Networks Suport at networks.support@managers.org.uk or by telephone on 0156 207394.
