In partnership with the Chartered Management Institute and the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, this business masterclass will explore how organisations create a winning mindset and delve into the culture of FC Barcelona.
Lying at the very heart of FC Barcelona’s unique winning culture is how they deal with people and the care and attention given to the environment in which those people are nurtured: Studies show that the ‘commitment’ model i.e. trust, cooperation and sharing a common purpose, is more successful than any other kind of cultural model.
Damian Hughes draws on interviews with key architects of the culture, as well as his own extensive experience as a Professor of Organisational Psychology and Change, working alongside leading sports and business institutions, to demystify the culture-building process and explain how diverse groups can learn to function with a single mind. Damian provides unique insights into the crucial issues confronting the modern corporate environment, and shows how the lessons learnt at FC Barcelona can also be applied to develop your own winning culture with his simple BARCA formula.
