This webinar presenterd by two knowledgeable and experienced presenters will explore these issues and give you practical advice.
Philip will explore the rationale for setting up a consultancy – what you should be selling, to whom and at what price.
Veronika will explain the processes that you need to follow in order to set up an effective consultancy and where to go for further support.

Veronika Weisweiller is Chair of the CMI London and South East CPD Network and Vice Chair of Institute of Consulting London & SE. For the last 20 years, both as a trainer and as a business adviser/consultant Veronika has helped many business owners and consultants to start, survive and grow. She is a Director of the Federation of Small Businesses.
Philip Baker is Vice Chair of the CMI London and South East CPD Network. Philip worked in design practice for 18 years, setting up a specialist subsidiary in 1994. Following a stint as Director of Health and Safety in a Consultancy Practice, Philip established his own consultancy in 2003. Effective networking is a key to the success of his business. Philip is a seasoned speaker on networking and has run a number of well received structured networking sessions for CMI and other organisations.
Graham is recent Chairman of the Institute of Consulting London and South-East Network. Graham is an expert at helping market and client facing executives and leaders in software, technology and business process outsourcing businesses to grow their profitability, revenues and market share more quickly. He developed his expertise working for A.T. Kearney and Accenture. His clients include Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Accenture, Civica and other private equity owned software, technology and business process outsourcing businesses.
