“The success of an organisation or employer is directly dependent on employee well-being.” Whitfield and Cachia, University of West London 2018.  Stress, anxiety and depression in the UK in 2016 were estimated to cost £5.2 billion and 11.7 million lost working days. With presenteeism being as problematic as absenteeism and burnout a typical prognosis for some of the most vital members of our UK workforce, it is imperative that employers and employees strive to make every day at work manageable. Stop Surviving and Start Thriving at work and in your personal life.

Julia Oyeleye, a Health and Wellness Consultant and in-house complementary therapist for a leading law firm will talk about the real effects of stress on the human body and mind.  She will share natural health techniques from her past 20 years in clinical practice that are proven to support people to adapt to pressure and live life from a place of prevention. Julia will also talk about work wellness programmes and some of the more innovative approaches to stress management being adopted by employers.

This interactive and participatory session will be useful to everyone interested in their own wellbeing and resilience.
