Do you want to make a change in your workplace?

Sign up today to The Fawcett Society’s Gender Equality – Be Part of the Change one-day programme and equip yourself with the tools to become a more powerful and effective advocate for gender equality at work.

This is not your average diversity training.

The Fawcett Society is the UK’s leading charity campaigning for gender equality at work, home, and in public life. We aim to get you talking, sharing, and thinking – not listening to us lecture.

We work with women and men to create a safe space for open discussion, so that you can develop your understanding of the impact of gender and other identities on your experiences in the workplace, and your ability to shape and drive change.

Gender inequality holds us all back. It leads to unproductive decisions based on biases, unfair limits on women and men’s potential, and a less creative and empowering work environment.

If you care about making the world and your organisation a fairer place, but sometimes struggle to know how – this session is the place for you.

What do I get out of it?

  • The opportunity to explore the questions and ideas you have around equality in a dynamic and supportive environment;
  • Evidence-based, up-to-date ideas about the changes that make workplaces more productive and happy;
  • A practical action plan for making your workplace more gender sensitive

A programme that works for you

This session is tailored to you as a participant – we ask you ahead of time about the issues you face in your industry and organisation, bring research and solutions to the table that fit your situation, and the day is designed to be flexible to the needs of people in the room.
