A group of CMI Chartered Companions delved into this topic in a recent roundtable discussion – hosted by ​​Rebecca Robins CMgr CCMI, global chief learning and culture officer at Interbrand – exploring the role of collaboration, and how managers and leaders can facilitate more effective collaboration in the evolving world of work.
