HTQs are high-quality, Government-approved qualifications that provide a credible alternative to apprenticeships and degrees. They equip learners with in-demand skills that meet employer occupational standards and carry the HTQ quality mark.
CMI enhances HTQs with focused, intensive courses that build essential workplace skills, improve performance and boost productivity. Learners can also accelerate their career progression with access to valuable learning resources and a clear pathway to Chartered Manager (CMgr) status.

CMI HTQs offer flexible, affordable training funded through Advanced Learner Loans and can be completed in just 9-12 months via part-time, full-time or distance learning.
