To explore the future of leadership, the winner of the 2021 CMI Management Book of the Year interviewed more than 140 chief executives (collectively employing more than seven million people around the world) and 14,000 employees. The result was a uniquely comprehensive project that defined the mindsets and skills of the future leader.
