There is no doubt that throughout the pandemic, times were equally tough for most. We  had to adapt to the changing climate and cope with crisis both mentally and physically. It is important to understand the role resilience plays in our day to day lives.

Sven Lauch, Director at Eyes Up Training Limited covers how we can use our mind to unlock the value of unpleasant emotions and feelings instead of rejecting those unpleasant sensations. We will discover that our personal values are responsible for our unpleasant emotions and that bringing those values to consciousness helps us become better decision-makers, more genuine leaders, and more resilient people in general.
