With 25 years of experience in the food industry across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe, I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands like Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, PepsiCo, and KP Snacks in various Supply Chain and Operations roles. Now, I run my own business, helping organisations across the UK and Ireland drive sustainability and operational excellence.
A key focus throughout my career has been on creating real, lasting business improvements by driving behavioural change—from the shop floor to the boardroom.
I’ve been a CMI member since 2007 and became a Fellow in 2018. I’m also an Employability Mentor and part of the Black Leadership Network at Nottingham Trent University. Outside of work, I’m a keen club cyclist and enjoy spending time with my family—my wife and our two grown-up children.
