Managers and leaders in the UK have already experienced two years of enormous economic disruption and uncertainty due to the effects of the pandemic, compounded by the UK’s exit from the European Union (EU).

As we enter what some forecast to be the tail end of the pandemic over coming months, economic confidence has been increasing, with a buoyant UK job market and increases in Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Now with war in Ukraine, a humanitarian crisis and economic turmoil, CMI has undertaken analysis of the possible impact of this downturn for the UK.

We explore actions that UK managers should take to safeguard their business and actions for the Government to mitigate negative impacts on economic growth.
