We know that as individuals, managers and leaders, prioritising your mental health and wellbeing is more important than ever. We have partnered with Kooth to provide a digital mental health service, Qwell, for our learners and members, offering round the clock support, advice and resources.

Whether you are leaving home, job hunting, managing your finances or adapting to studying, all through a global pandemic, there is someone to talk to and to listen.

Recent research carried out by CMI shows that a staggering 72% of employees rated their wellbeing as a top priority for management. These figures have put wellbeing firmly at the top of our agenda and we ask employers to do the same.

It really is ok to not be ok, and prioritising your mental health is important. You’d be surprised how many other students feel like you do. Kooth offers support when you need it, and is available as a free and anonymous benefit of your CMI membership.

The services are fully safeguarded and moderated with a library of peer and professional created content, alongside access to experienced online counsellors. There are no thresholds for support and no waiting lists.

We care about your wellbeing and safety and carefully vet the quality of all our services. For this reason, we can only guarantee this service within the UK for now.
