CMI Policies and Procedures must be adhered to by all approved Centres for all CMI regulated qualifications. Any queries or support required should be addressed with the Centre’s CMI Quality Manager.
Learners are required in the first instance to refer to their CMI approved Centres for any inquiry, complaint or appeal in relation to their CMI qualifications. They may only refer to CMI directly once their approved Centres internal policy and procedures have been exhausted.
CMI will expect all communications to be managed through the Programme Director at the approved Centre. The only exception to this is the CMI Whistle-blowing policy.
