Management Consulting Journal

The Management Consulting Journal is published twice per year and we're looking for member contributions to the content.

Each issue contains a number of articles and is available to read, or download, from this section of the IC website. If you'd like to contribute then we'd love to hear from you. Please take a look at the guidance documentation below on how to prepare your submission and the editorial processes.

The Journal will:
  • Highlight and debate issues pertinent to the management consulting sector and management consulting practice.
  • Focus mainly on issues which have practical value, rather than discussing conceptual principles and theory.
  • Promote understanding of the management consulting sector and the practice of management consulting.

Volume 6.2 Out Now!

In this issue we have perspectives on responsible ethics, the digital agenda, CEO mis-conduct and the consulting business model. We have a further illumination of the use of humour as a source of data and research into competencies for early-stage consultants. We are able to go deeper into the understanding of consulting specialisms and also appreciate geo-cultural differences through first-hand perspectives on the possible contribution of Chinese philosophy to strategy consulting.
